When I receive your payment, an email will be sent with some scheduling options. 3 appointments will be set up.
– The first consultation I will be asking questions to identify your specific needs/desires and discussing components of your action plan. Within 5 business days of this consultation an will action plan [see details below] will be EMAILED to you prior to second consultation.
– The second consultation [within @7 days of the first] will discuss implementation of the action plan [and tweak as needed]. A condense overview will be MAILED to you to discuss with your health professional.
– The third consultation will focus on progress, adjustments and next steps.
YOUR ACTION PLAN WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
– a menu plan
– food lists
– targeted supplement recommendation
– guidance on incorporating movement into your life [based on your reality]
– guidance on organizing an environment to support your goals. [based on your circumstances]
– coaching tips related to your personal circumstances
– a directory of recommended gyms, trainers and other support services offered in your area.
– an implementation schedule, based on your level of commitment.
A condensed version of the plan will be mailed to you around the same time.
This can be printed off to discuss with your health professional.
